Meet Our Founder

Brian Btesh, founder of Btesh Financial

“Protect what matters. Build what lasts.”

— Guiding philosophy

Brian Btesh is the founder of Btesh Financial, a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm, which provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management for families, professionals, and business owners. His approach coordinates investment guidance, risk management, tax strategies, and estate planning into one plan — built around the life it's meant to serve.

Brian founded Btesh Financial with a simple belief: financial decisions should not be made in isolation. Too often, investments, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning are addressed separately, creating gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities. Btesh Financial was built to help clients bring these important areas together through coordinated advice tailored to their goals, values, and circumstances.

Client assets are held with Charles Schwab, a leading institutional custodian providing security, transparency, and independent oversight.

Firm philosophy

The Principles Behind Every Recommendation.

The way we plan is guided by a set of principles that shape every recommendation, conversation, and long-term strategy.

  • 01

    Coordination

Financial decisions should not be made in isolation.

  • 02

    Clarity

Complex strategies should lead to simple decisions.

  • 03

    Protection

Protect what matters before pursuing what comes next.

  • 04

    Independence

Recommendations should be guided by goals, not incentives.

  • 05

    Continuity

A financial plan should evolve as life evolves.

  • 06

    Legacy

Wealth should support the people and purposes that matter most.

Our process

Four Steps, One Long Relationship.

Every relationship begins with understanding your goals. The work that follows is designed to adapt as your life, priorities, and circumstances evolve.

01

Listen

An initial consultation focused on your goals, concerns, and priorities. Before recommendations come conversations, and before planning comes perspective.

02

Design

A coordinated strategy built around your priorities. Investments, protection planning, tax strategies, and estate planning considerations brought together into a clear path forward.

03

Implement

We help put recommendations into action, coordinating implementation across accounts, beneficiaries, insurance coverage, and other planning considerations as needed.

04

Guide

Financial planning is an ongoing process. We review progress, adapt strategies as circumstances change, and help ensure your plan remains aligned with your goals.
