Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Prospect, network, and cultivate new business opportunities
- Participate in financial planning and client review meetings
- Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing financial goals
- Learn retirement, investment, insurance, tax-efficient, and estate planning concepts
- Contribute to firm growth initiatives and client service efforts
- Represent the firm's values and commitment to client-first advice
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality
- Interest in financial planning, investments, and business development
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required
